Children with Special needs lead Har Ghar Tiranga rally in Kurbathang

KARGIL: Students of the Children with Special Needs (CWSN) School, Kurbathang, took centre stage during a Har Ghar Tiranga rally organised on the school premises, participating alongside teachers and staff in a public display of the National Flag.

The rally was organised as part of the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign 2026 and began from the school before proceeding along Airport Road.

Carrying the Tricolour, the students participated in the procession with enthusiasm, accompanied by teaching and non-teaching staff.

For the students, the event provided an opportunity to participate directly in a nationwide public campaign and express their respect for the National Flag.

The participation also brought an inclusive dimension to the campaign, with specially-abled students taking an active role rather than being mere spectators to a public event.

The rally sought to promote the values of unity, inclusion and national pride while encouraging students to participate in community activities.

Teachers and staff also joined the procession, lending support to the students as the rally moved along Airport Road.

The event concluded with the message of “Har Ghar Tiranga”, encouraging citizens to display the National Flag and participate in activities connected with the campaign.

The participation of CWSN students added a strong community element to the day’s programme, highlighting their enthusiasm and ability to take part in civic and public initiatives.
