BJP Ladakh welcomes Union Minister Nimuben Bambhaniya at Leh Airport

LEH: Union Minister of State for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Nimuben Jayantibhai Bambhaniya, arrived in Leh on Sunday for a five-day official visit to Ladakh and was accorded a warm welcome by Bharatiya Janata Party leaders at Kushok Bakula Rinpoche Airport.

The Minister was received by BJP Ladakh President Tashi Gyaltson Khachu in the presence of State Vice President Dorje Angchuk, Mahila Morcha President Rinchen Dolkar, Kisan Morcha President Lobzang Larjay, Cooperative Cell Head and former Kisan Morcha President Tsering Mutup, Protocol In-charge Rigzin Tamchos, along with other party functionaries.

According to BJP Ladakh, the Union Minister will participate in a series of official engagements and programmes across the Union Territory during her five-day visit.

Party leaders expressed optimism that the visit would further strengthen the Centre’s developmental outreach and welfare initiatives in Ladakh. They said the Minister’s engagements are expected to provide an opportunity to review ongoing initiatives and interact with stakeholders from different sectors.

BJP Ladakh extended its welcome to the Union Minister and reiterated its confidence that the visit would contribute to advancing the Government of India’s efforts aimed at promoting growth, public welfare and development in the Union Territory.
