LEH: The Fire and Fury Corps of the Indian Army organised a Women’s Wellness and Health Camp at the Ladakh Scouts Regimental Centre (LSRC) in Leh on Friday, offering a range of medical consultations, diagnostic services and health-awareness sessions to families and children of the Corps.
The camp provided healthcare services across several specialties, including general health, ophthalmology, ENT, orthopaedics, paediatrics and dental care.
Psychological support and point-of-care diagnostic facilities were also made available during the camp, according to the Fire and Fury Corps.
A dedicated health-awareness session focused on preventive healthcare and women’s health, with participants being briefed on measures to support early attention to health concerns and healthier family practices.
The initiative was aimed at providing accessible healthcare support to the families and children of Fire and Fury Corps personnel while promoting greater awareness of preventive health.
The Army said the camp formed part of its efforts to support the health and well-being of its personnel and their families in the region.
