The session provided participants with detailed information about the initiative, its objectives and the various components of the contest. Officials also explained the awards offered at the District, State/UT and National levels and encouraged residents to participate by highlighting the best of their respective areas through engaging visual narratives.

Officials informed participants that the pilot submission window is currently open and will remain open until September 30, 2026, giving aspiring creators an opportunity to prepare and submit their entries within the stipulated period.
An interactive question-and-answer session followed the briefing, with participants raising queries related to registration, video submissions and other aspects of the challenge.
The awareness programme was aimed at taking information about the initiative to the grassroots and encouraging greater participation from local communities and content creators in presenting stories from Leh district.
