LEH: The University of Ladakh on Tuesday commenced a capacity-building programme on examination systems and administrative processes with Prof. Biren Das, Controller of Examinations, Tezpur University, conducting training sessions for academic and administrative personnel.

Prof. Das was welcomed by Vice Chancellor Prof. Saket Kushwaha during his visit, which is aimed at strengthening institutional processes and enhancing academic and administrative efficiency at the university.

The training programme is being attended by university officials, Deans, teaching faculty and non-teaching staff. It focuses on examination management, institutional procedures and establishment matters to improve governance and streamline academic administration.

Welcoming the visiting academician, Prof. Saket Kushwaha expressed appreciation for Prof. Das’s visit and his willingness to share his expertise with the University of Ladakh. He said such knowledge-sharing initiatives would contribute to strengthening the university’s institutional framework and professional capacity.

The programme forms part of the university’s ongoing efforts to enhance administrative standards and improve the efficiency of examination-related systems through exposure to established academic practices.
