LEH: The third week of CBSE remedial classes for Classes 10 and 12 concluded across designated centres and zones of Leh, with students receiving focused academic support aimed at addressing learning gaps, strengthening conceptual understanding and improving examination preparedness.

The classes were conducted across Sumoor, Turtuk, Disket, Khaltse, Nyoma, Tangtse, Boys Higher Secondary School Leh and DIET Leh, bringing CBSE subject experts and teachers closer to students in different parts of the district.

The programme witnessed active participation from students and sustained engagement by CBSE subject experts, teachers and participating educational institutions.

The sessions were designed to help students strengthen their understanding of core concepts, address areas where they face learning difficulties and receive examination-oriented guidance ahead of their board examinations.

The School Education Department, UT Ladakh, said the continued implementation of remedial classes across the designated centres reflected its effort to ensure students in different parts of Leh have access to academic support and opportunities to improve their learning outcomes.

The programme has been implemented under the guidance of Bhanu Prabha, IAS, Administrative Secretary, School Education Department, UT Ladakh, and Tsering Paldan, JKAS, Director, School Education Department, UT Ladakh.

The Principal, DIET Leh, expressed gratitude to the Administrative Secretary and Director for their continued support and guidance in implementing the programme. He also acknowledged the efforts of CBSE experts, teachers and DIET Leh staff in ensuring the smooth conduct of remedial classes across the designated centres and zones of Leh district.
